Freddie Gray, who died April 19th after being arrested on the 12th. His death triggered rioting in Baltimore. There was another prisoner in the van who couldn't see Freddie but states he may have intentionally tried to injure himself in a police van. With his death it sparked riots in Baltimore as protests turned violent resulting into major property damage throughout the city and around 200 arrests. I believe the police probably gave the other prisoner a deal so they wouldn't get in trouble. The prison or couldn't see him so who knows what really happened.
